On Tuesday night around 10:00pm units were dispatched to MVA on I 95 near the 117 mile marker. When units arrived on the scene they reported multiple patients entrapped one possible DOA. Units then began to extricate the paitents. Units remained on the scene assisting State Police with investigation for nearly 3 hours.
