On Saturday January 23 just after noon units were dispatched to a working structure fire in Lees Parke subdivision on Big Bethal Circle . When units arrived on the scene they reported heavy fire conditions in the garage spreading into the residence. Units made entry in residnce but the fire spread rapidly over them before long the entire roof section and ceiling were on fire. Fire conditions were so bad that deck guns were put in operations as well as a master stream from Tower 1. Personnel made quick work getting the fire under control. All was not lost several items from the basement area were salvaged and removed from home to prevent further damage. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
