Vehicle Loses Control On Wet Roadway
JANUARY 21
- At approximately 15:30 hour units were dispatch for a reported motor vehicle accident when the patient possibly pin under the vehicle, in the area of the Stop Shop on Partlow Rd. Units from Company 3 were the first onscene to find 1 vehicle that had lost control running off the road landing in the ditch. Spotsylvania Fire Station Provide Support for Walking Marine
JANUARY 11
- From Monday January 10th to Friday January 13th the Spotsylvania Fire Department provided support for the walking marine. Former marine Mac Mcquown is on a mission to walk 15,000 miles over the course of the next 5 years. All in support of Veterans and their families.

- On Sunday January 8th units were dispatched to a motor vehicle accdent with possible entrapment on Mills Dr near Jim Morris Rd. When units arrived on scene they reported one vehicle in the woods with 2 people still inside. Wagon 8 Runs Mutual Aid To Caroline
JANUARY 08
- Just before midnight on Saturday January 7th Wagon 8 was called to assist Caroline with a Motor Vehicle Accident With Entrapment on Ladysmith Rd between Land'Or dr and County Line Church rd. Caroline Units on the scene reported one pick up truck on its side with on occupant still inside. Company 8 Celebrates Holiday With Santa Run
DECEMBER 17
- On Saturday December 17th, Company 8 toured the area they provide service to for thier first ever Santa Run. Decked all in Christmas lights they piloted Wagon 8 threw South Oaks, Lancaster Gate, and Taveneer subdivisions with Santa Claus on top waving at all the children and on lookers spreading Christmas cheer to the community that supports them. Working Fire on Lawyers Rd
DECEMBER 12
- On Monday evening just before midnight units were dispatched to a possible structure fire on Lawyers Rd near Belmont. When units arrived on the scene they reported heavy fire conditions throughout the structure. Units made a defensive attack until fire conditions improved and then made an interior attack on the fire. Units were on scene for over three hours containing the blaze.... (Full Story & Photos)

Busy Night on Interstate 95 for Spotsylvania
DECEMBER 01
- On Thursday evening December 1, 2011 units were dispatched to several motor vehicle accidents on I95 between the Spotsylvania and Caroline County line and the Four Mile Fork area. The most serious being near the 117 mile marker.
